In this four-week series you will learn to build a simple Self-Care Toolkit that will include: self-massage, acupressure, qigong and breath and movement techniques. Session 1 will focus on building the Self-Care Toolkit and an Acupressure for Deep Relaxation practice. Session 2 will focus on managing stress using the Seva Acupressure for Stress release program and Chakra Tai Chi. Session 3 will focus on using Acupressure for Self-Care with the Emotional Release program and learning about the TEN LOVES. The final Session 4 will focus on Acupressure for Self-Care with the Balance and Harmony Acupressure Release program.
