Pysanky is the folk art of Ukrainian egg decorating. The designs are “written” on the eggs using natural bees wax, and the eggs are submerged in beautiful dyes. This craft is thousands of years old and a large part of the Ukrainian tradition. Learn about the history and symbolism of the pysanky designs and how to create your very own egg to take home.
