A Walk in the Park “Northern Edition” Have you been interested in exploring some new parks within the Ocean County Parks system but just don’t know where to start? Then this is the class for you. We will meet at a new park every week and explore the unique beauty each one has to offer. We will be walking at a brisk pace to get some cardiovascular benefits for no more than an hour. Walking is a great low-impact exercise that can help manage your weight, relieve stress, and improve your mood. Please wear comfortable sneakers or boots and bring a drink.
