2023 Matawan Borough 5K Turkey Trot & Fitness Walk

Come out with friends and families on Saturday, November 25th and run off your Turkey dinners at our 17TH ANNUAL certified 5 k Turkey Trot. The race/fitness walk starts at 8:30AM on historic Main Street in Matawan and continues through the hilly and pretty Matawan neighborhoods. Race party starts and ends at Terhune Park where we will be awarding medals, dancing to music and taking selfies at our photo backdrop. All runners registered by Friday, November 3rd are guaranteed a race shirt. Race Shirts for registrations after the 3rd will be while supplies LAST. This is a fun family event and we love to see familiar faces. Net proceeds go back to our parks, beautification projects, and recreation programs. This year we will have a table for non-perishable items, either bagged, canned or boxed that will be collected and donated to the Matawan Community Food Pantry.
