This DOES NOT replace Spring Visitors Weekend, which will be held June 1 and 2, 2024.
Gain an appreciation for animals and nature when you visit the farm animal sanctuary during
West Place's Youth Day. Tours at 10am, 12pm, and 2pm.

Fun, interactive, and educational tours will introduce you to cows and horses, alpacas and donkeys, pigs and peacocks, and so many more! Visit the on-site face painter after your tour, or head to the Learning Circle to handle various types of eggs, feathers, fleece, and wool. Learn about responsibility, respect, and stewardship of the plants and animals with whom we share our planet.

This memorable experience will encourage more young people to explore and enjoy the outdoors, while inspiring the next generation of compassionate animal advocates.

PLUS, we're holding a Spring Tag Sale and a special sneak preview of the updated West Place Gift Shop. Find a can't-miss bargain and be among the first to see new crafts, jewelry, artwork, and more. No ticket required to shop.
Here's what you can expect:
Guided tours are designed for kids and young adults, and parents and family are welcome as well.

Special kids pricing ($15) extended to all guests, 17 and younger.

On-site face painting.

Learning Circle for additional hands-on education.
We aim to keep tours to 25 people to ensure you have the best interactions with the animals.
We encourage you to purchase tickets online in advance.
Youth Day and the tag sale will be held rain or shine. Dress for the weather and wear a comfortable pair of boots or shoes.
Please note, there are no ticket refunds once you are registered.
