9:00 AM - 10:30 AMThe mornings can set the tone of energy we have for the rest of the day. In this program, we will learn different exercises in breath control, imagery, mindfulness and Reiki to help you bring the energy of peace and strength to your mornings. We will finish each session with a gentle walk outside where we will make our connection to the earth. Please bring a yoga mat/blanket. Chairs will be provided as well.
