1st course - Ribbon Salad - Marinated Cucumber, Carrot, and Tomatoes Sliced Thin and Wrapped into a Colorful Swirl. Topped with Goat Cheese and Fresh Herbs.
2nd course - Appetizer to share - Roasted Mushrooms Filled with a Shrimp Stuffing and Served Over a bed of Sauteed Garlic Spinach.
