Long Lake July 4th Celebration

Join the Annual 4th of July Celebration in Long Lake! The day kicks off with the 4th of July Games on the Town Ball Field at 10am, featuring fun activities for all ages, including scavenger hunts, balloon races, sack races, egg toss, and three-legged races.

At 4pm, head to the Long Lake Town Beach for the main celebration. Sponsored by the Town of Long Lake, the event offers live music, a cookout with sausage & peppers, hot dogs, and burgers served by the Long Lake Fire Department, and delicious strawberry shortcake from the Long Lake Lions Club.

Penelope the Clown will be at the Gazebo, providing face painting and creating balloon animals to delight the children. The Willie Playmore Band will entertain the crowd with their musical talents. As darkness falls, get ready for the highlight of the evening—the Best Fireworks in the Adirondacks, visible from the beach, boats, or Mt. Sabattis.
