As you may recall, the second part of our HEALTHY FESTHUNDIN’ BLUEBERRY CHIA PUDDIN’ included a recipe for Basic Chia Pudding - and this is a take on that - with bananas, raisins, and cinnamon. This combination of flavors and textures just goes so well - and to turn it into a chia pudding – just makes it Bliss in a Bowl!
This simple recipe will not only help to suppress your sweet tooth, but also give your body a boost of nutrition! So, let’s gather the ingredients and make some BLISSFUL BANANA RAISIN CINNAMON CHIA PUDDING!
BLISSFUL BANANA RAISIN CINNAMON CHIA PUDDING RECIPE:
*makes one serving
½ cup almond milk – adjust to 1/3 if you like your chia pudding thicker
2 tablespoons chia seed
2 tablespoons raisins
¼ teaspoon cinnamon - adjust to your taste
1 tablespoons maple syrup or sweetener – adjust the level of sweetness to your preference
* ½ a banana cut up to put on top just before serving
1. Stir all ingredients – but save the banana for the topping
2. Wait a few minutes and stir again
2. Refrigerate a few hours or overnight
3. Just before serving – top with half a banana cut up
